The foil path and the alignment of the register foil can be verified without starting the entire production line. Confirmation is faster before the first stroke.

Repeat jobs

Job cassette system

Set up repeat jobs in 10–15 minutes. The job-saver plate is stored with reference pins to ensure exact reproducibility. There is no need to cut the foil or web for cassette exchange.

Versatility

Multi-stroke

A variety of effects can be achieved, including two-colour and image embossing, all in a single pass. No second machine run is required.

Roll management

Automatic diameter monitoring

The diameters of the unwind and rewind rolls are continuously monitored. A warning is given before the warning limit is reached and the machine automatically stops at the stop limit, ensuring that production is not interrupted by empty rolls.

Die protection

Automatic splice detection

Any adhesive joins in the web are detected before the material reaches the embossing station. The unit then retracts automatically to protect the expensive embossing dies.

Production data logging

All tracked and evaluable per job: strokes, good-production counter and stamped web total. Your production data is always at hand.

Sustainability

Energy monitoring

Real-time consumption split between the motor and heating. Regenerated energy is displayed. Transparent reporting via historical graphs available per job.

A single job file can instantly restore the complete machine setup. All parameters are saved, including foil pattern, register, web tension, pressure, foil tension, substrate thickness and more.

Complete job memory

All parameters in one file

Foil pattern settings, register control positions, format length, number of labels per format, stamping force and power-on time are all stored per job. Any job can be recalled from the database instantly.

Heating

Up to 6 independent heating zones

The individual setpoint and actual temperature are stored for each zone and job. On repeat runs, all zone values are restored immediately, so there is no need for manual re-entry.

Service & Availability

Problems solved — before they stop production

Designed for maximum availability and minimum downtime.

Remote support

Remote maintenance

The Pantec service team can access the HMI directly, but operator permission is required at all times. Problems can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, eliminating the need for an on-site service visit.

Architecture

Modular control

All software resides in a single central module. If a drive fails, only that component needs to be replaced — there is no need for a software download or reconfiguration. It is immediately production-ready.
